Forest Volunteer

I joined Shinrin volunteer in 4th Dec.
I found out this information from Wakayama University.

This blue ribbon tree were planted before,so we keep these
tree and cut grass around them.

it was too hard work for me!!!

this photo was taken after working.

After that, we took aound over looking autumn leaves.

              I crunched through fallen leaves;)

Did you go any place  famous for the beautiful colored leaves?

  1. Great you worked for the trees – I too love working in the mountain. From your photos, I can hear the crunching leaves, smell of dry leaves and beautiful cool wind in warm sun! Having seasons is such a wonderful thing – having been in Australia for so long, I’ve forgotten how to enjoy seasons! Coming back to Japan, many words I haven’t used for a long time are coming back. I’m glad I haven’t lost them!
